How To Order
1 - Search Products
We have numerous ways to find the perfect products for your company, event, or function. Simply use our search function or click on SHOP which will take you to the product category menu
To use our Search Function, click on the search icon and simply type the product name or keyword(s) of the product you’re looking for – results that match your search will be displayed.
All our products are divided into their most relevant categories and sub-categories, making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. Going into the Shop will allow you to search by Theme or Industry – you can also filter by price range.
If you prefer speaking to one of our Account Managers, you are welcome to phone us, send us an email (sales@brandsup.co.za), or us our live chat function located at the bottom right-hand side of every page, or send us a WhatsApp message and an account manager will get back to you shortly.
2 – Choose Products
After you have searched for products using the search function and pressing ‘Enter’ or by browsing our product categories then click on the product you would like to look at. A more detailed product page will be displayed where you will find more details on the product. If you would like a quote or want to place an order then add the product to your basket then please choose the quantity you will require, as well as any other options related to the product such as ‘Colour’, ‘Size’, ‘Battery Capacity’, and so on, and then click on the relevant button.
With some products you will be able to add branding before you add them to your cart. Click the add branding button, then select the colour/s you want if applicable and click next. Now choose the quantity of each size or colour that you have selected. Once you have selected the quantities click the next button. You will now need to select the position/s where you would like branding. You may select multiple positions, once done click next. Now you will want to choose the branding type for each position, and click next. Finally, you will be able to review the quote and add it to your cart.
3 – Review Your Cart
When viewing the cart you will be able to edit it if needed. You can update you quantities of each product and remove products that you do not need.
To update your quantities you can just click on the plus or minus symbols in the quantity box. Please make sure you check these before going to the check out.
To remove a product from your cart, you can click on the dustbin icon in the top right of the line item.>
4 - Check out
Once you click check out on your cart, you will be asked to check out as a guest or login if you are not already logged in. Select which option you would like and you will be taken through to the check out page.
You will now need to enter in you details, We will need your email address if it is not already filled in, then click next. Now fill in your delivery address so we know where to send your order. Click next once you have filled in all the details. Now you will see the delivery fee. If you have ordered under R1000.00 you will need to pay R150.00 for delivery. Anything R1000.00 or more and delivery will be free. Click next to go to payment methods and select the payment method you wish to use.
Once you click Place order, you will be redirected to the payment Merchant. Choose how you would like to pay on the merchant and follow the prompts. Once the payment is successful you will be redirected back to the BrandsUp website. You will also receive and invoice email with all the details of your order.
5 – Artwork
Our artwork team will contact you regarding your artwork if you have it, if not please do not stress because, if necessary, they will redraw or convert your logo to the specifications required for branding. All you need is an image of your logo and we will happily convert it to the correct format for you. We’ll ensure your logo looks its best on the products chosen by you, while ticking all the boxes required for branding. If you have only one, straightforward design or logo that needs to be re-drawn, it will be absolutely free! Please remember to allow additional time for a redraw/fine-tuning of your artwork..
6 – Delivery
After the balance of payment has been received by us, our dispatch team will finalise delivery of your branded items via courier. We offer regional delivery as well as delivery outside of our national border, and all orders over R1200.00 may be delivered free of charge to one destination within one of SA’s major cities.
